ORDER
Mr.B.Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the Respondent.
2. The Writ Petition has been filed for Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the Refusal Check Slip No.RFL/Vaniyambadi/144/2024, dated 25.10.2024 issued by the Respondent3 herein and to quash the same as illegal, incompetent and further direction to the Respondent-3 to register the Release Deed, dated 25.10.2024 executed in favour of the petitioner on its representation.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on records.
4. A Refusal Check Slip has been issued directing the petitioner to produce the original parent document.

5. In the light of the Judgement passed by this Court in Ramayee - Vs - The Sub Registrar and others - (2020 (6) CTC 697), the impugned order cannot be sustained.
6. The Writ Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the Impugned Refusal Check Slip dated 25.10.2024 is set aside and the Respondent is directed to register the sale deed dated 25.10.2024, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of representation of the document by the Petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
