(Order of the Court was made by N. KIRUBAKARAN,J.) When the matter is called today for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry initially refused to enrol the petitioner, subsequently, he has been enrolled and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. In this regard, the learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement in the bundle.
