This petition is filed to condone the delay of 53 days in filing the above revision 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the issue has been settled between the petitioner and the respondent/complainant, Mr.Vetrivel @ Sivakumar, the respondent herein appeared through virtual mode and confirms the compromise entered between them. The respondent had no objection for the case to be compounded and he also confirms the affidavit filed in this regard.

3.In view of the above, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the revision petition if it is otherwise in order and post for admission on 20.12.2023.
