This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam to dispose of C.C.No.145 of 2020, within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.145 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
