The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner / wife seeking intra-district transfer of DVC No. 15 of 1/3

2024 from Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram to Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District .

Since the petitioner has got effective remedy before the Principal District Judge, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
