The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) of BNS 2023 in Crime No.343 of 2025, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 05.08.2025 due to previous enmity the petitioner had assaulted the deceased with deadly weapons and committed murder, Hence, the case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that this petitioner has the investigation is at initial stage and the petitioner is a habitual offender. Hence, strongly objected for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
