C.M.P.No.18195 of 2017 in C.R.P.No.3279 of 2017 P.B.BALAJI,J.

This petition has been filed to implead the 2nd respondent herein, namely the Executive Officer, Pandamangalam Town Panchayat as 2nd respondent in the above Revision in C.R.P.No.3279 of 2017.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein and the respondent also has no serious objection for the application petition allowed. This petition is allowed.

3.Mr.A.Surya, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 2nd respondent.

4.Post the main case after two weeks.
