This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6074 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1125 of 2022, dated 20.01.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, every alternative Mondays till the completion of trial apart from the Court hearing dates.
