ORDER
This transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of proceeding in I.D.O.P.No.241 of 2023 from the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu to the file of the Family Court at Tuticorin.

2. Mr.S.Ramesh, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent through video conferencing. He states that his client has no objection for the proceedings to be transferred from Chengalpattu to Tuticorin.
3. In the light of the fact that no objection has been tendered by the learned counsel for the respondent, I am inclined to allow this transfer petition.
4. Hence, the proceeding in I.D.O.P.No.241 of 2023 which is now pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Family Court, Tuticorin.
