ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records of the 1st respondent with regard to termination order dated 26.05.2004 which the petitioner received on 06.06.2004 a telegrame and to quash the same and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits including wages, service seniority etc.

I Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Ajaykumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Ganesan for Mr.S.Mani appearing for 1st respondent and Mr.B.Nambiselvan, Additional Government Pleader for 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner was already appointed in the Government School. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
