This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders vide order in Crl.O.P.No.23492 of 2023 dated 01.11.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
