This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.19467 of 2024, dated 30.10.2024 in C.C.No.2175 of 2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
