This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 24.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.13050 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13885 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of final report and thereafter, as and when required for the interrogation.
