ORDER

These petitions has been filed to set aside the dismissal order dated 03.11.2023 in RLTA No. 80 of 2023 passed by the Learned VI Additional City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts of the case, as rightly pointed by the Court below as there is no written agreement was entered in writing after commencement of the New Court. Hence, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the Court below. However, this court is inclined to grant five months time to vacate the premises.

4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. No cost. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
