Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records relating to the detention order in Cr.M.P.No.15/2025 dated 18.8.2025 by the 2nd respondent under the Tamil nadu Act 14 of 1982 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu R.Krishnamoorthi S/o. Raju aged about 48 years now confined in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Court and set the detenu R.Krishnamoorthi S/o. Raju aged about 48 years at liberty.

Mr.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, states that nothing survives in this matter as the detention order in Cr.M.P.No. 15/2025 dated 18.08.2025 passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.6118 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 24.09.2025, recording which, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. No costs.
