Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 2 - 4 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2016 for removal of the name of Narayana Swamy from Patta No. 389 and all revenue records in respect of the property comprised in Old S.No.67/2, newly subdivided as S.No.297/19, measuring as extent of 173 metres (1023 3⁄4 sq.ft), situated at Kottai Street, Bagalur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.
