ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to restore power supply with respect to the Electricity Service Nos.

262 - 001 - 974 , 262 - 001 - 1192 and 262 - 001 - 1391, premises at No. 27/57, Timiri Road, Kalavai, Arcot Taluk, Vellore District based on the petitioner's representations dated 5.11.2019, 7.11.2019 and 26.11.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the orders passed by DRAT, the possession was handed over to the petitioner and subsequently power supply was also given to the premises.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
