COMMON PRAYER: Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to not to harass the petitioner except under due process of law and subsequently directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to take action against the 3rd respondent pursuant to the petitioners' representation dated 22.07.2017 and 20.07.2017 respectively.

C O M M O N O R D E R Both the writ petitions have been filed to direct the third respondents not to harass the petitioners and subsequently to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to take action against the third respondent pursuant to the petitioners' representation dated 22.07.2017 and 20.07.2017 respectively.

2. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted now. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
