Learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the respondents are making sincere endeavors to comply with the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.1750 of 2020 dated 02.08.2023.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General further submits that an undertaking affidavit was filed before a Single Bench of this Court in Contempt Petition No.1471 of 2023 and batch, and he further submits that the undertaking given in this Court in the aforesaid contempt petition would also be applicable in the case of the present contempt petition.

3. Thus, he seeks two weeks time to place a copy of the undertaking, as filed in the above mentioned Contempt Petition, before this Court and also to submit the details of the payment that have been made as stated in paragraph no.9 of the affidavit filed by the second respondent dated 24.10.2025.

4. Post the matter on 21.11.2025.
