R4 impleaded vide order dated 22.11.2021 made in WMP.No.22790 of 2017 in WP.19677 of 2017 ...Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent herein to forthwith consider the petitioner's representations dated 14.07.2017 and 20.07.2017 and measure and demarcate the petitioner's property measuring an extent of 3.00 acres comprised in Survey No.60, Kovalam Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, so that there will not be any allegation against the petitioner of any encroachment and the water flow and the back waters on all sides of his property shall be kept open.

The case of the Writ Petitioner is that the petitioner has given representations to 3rd respondent dated 14.07.2017 and 20.07.2017 to measure and demarcate the petitioner's property measuring an extent of 3.00 acres comprised in Survey No.60, Kovalam Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.AL.Ganthimathi, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's representations were considered and measurement was done by the respondents and also the petitioner's property has been demarcated subsequent to filing of this Writ Petition.
3. In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
