ORDER

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Respondent herein order in Original No.683/2023-BRC dated 18.04.2023 and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law.

2. After submitting for a brief while, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they may be permitted to file an appeal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which was not objected to by the learned Standing Counsel for the Respndent.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any appeal is filed by the petitioner within the stipulated period, the same shall be entertained by the appellate 2/4
