(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) In this petition, the petitioner / appellant seeks permission of this Court for production of the copy of the proceedings dated 16.08.2011 issued to the Joint Commissioner of Land Reforms, Erode as additional documents.

Since that is one of the important documents according to the petitioner / appellant to be placed before this Court for effective adjudication of the issue raised in the writ appeal, we feel that this petition can be ordered. Accordingly, the C.M.P., is allowed.
