This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para 7(a) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25308 of 2024 by this Court vide order dated 24.10.2024 to report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in PRC No.33 of 2024 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ulundurpet. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 20.02.2025.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition in Para 7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25308 of 2024 vide order dated 24.10.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ulundurpet, in connection with PRC No.33 of 2024 on 20.02.2025 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
