The petitioners have filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 12.04.2017 and direct the 1st respondent to survey the land bearing Survey No.112/1 and T.S.No.69 situated at Korattur Village, Ambattur Town Survey Ward - E, Block -31, measuring an extent of 1300 sq. meter.
2. It is the case of the petitioners that though the petitioners have given their representation as early as on 12.04.2017 , the 1st respondent has not passed any order sofar. Page 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Ms. A. Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that on payment of necessary charges the 1st respondent would conduct the survey and pass orders within a period of six weeks.
4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the petitioners to pay the necessary charges for surveying the land and on payment of the same, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioners'
representation dated 12.04.2017 and conduct survey and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
