PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the person of body of the detenu before this Court, namely Keerthi (daughter) aged about 2 and a half years and Ishan (Son) aged about 1 year old and hand over the custody of children to the petitioner/mother. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing today, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent would submit that the minor children are under the custody of the father and the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the mother.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the mediation process is going on between the parties. Thus, the parties are at liberty to continue the mediation and resolve the issues. Even, they are at liberty to approach the competent Court of law.
