ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant to accept the translation of the Last Will and Testament dated 10.03.2011 executed by the applicant's mother Mrs.A.Uthamiammal in Tamil to English in the main Original Petition.

2. According to the applicant, she filed the main Original Petition for grant of Letters of Administration, and the mother of the applicant has executed a Will dated 10.03.2011 in the Tamil language. Therefore, she filed this application to accept the translation of the Last Will and Testament dated 10.03.2011 executed by the applicant's mother Mrs.A.Uthamiammal in Tamil to English in the main Original Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Page No.2 of 4
