ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first and second respondents and learned counsel for the third respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first and second respondents have produced a copy of the order dated 12.02.2020 and submitted that the representations of the petitioner dated 26.08.2019 and 16.10.2019 has been considered by the second respondent and orders have been passed to that effect vide Na.Ka.No.3355/2020/M1 dated 12.02.2020. A copy of the order passed by the second respondent is also duly served to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition, 2/4

aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
