These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 1558 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole 1st appellant viz., M.Subramaniam in the above S.A.No.214 of 2020 (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole 1st appellant M.Subramaniam in the above S.A.No.214 of 2020 (iii) to bring on the record the proposed appellants 6 to 8 herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant viz., M.Subramaniam herein as appellants 7 to 9 in the above S.A.No.214 of 2020.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

3. Post this matter on 14.08.2025.
