O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief: "To direct the respondents to correct the error, which was Arulmigu Sentraiyan Perumal Kovil instead of Arulmigu Perumal Kovil issued by the 3rd respondent in respect of name of style of Arulmigu Perumal Kovil situated in Survey No.258/2 at Thirumalaipatti & Post, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District and consider the petitioner's representation on 08.11.2024." 2/5

2. Heard the learned counsels on the either side and perused the records.

3. Though the Writ Petition has been filed seeking a mandamus, the petitioner only wants a drinking water facility to be provided to the devotees who visit the temple, namely, Arulmigu Perumal Kovil.

4. Therefore, directions are issued to the local authorities of Thirumalaipatti, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District, to install drinking water facility, within the temple premises, within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
