This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action on the complaint dated 18.11.2019 given by the petitioner and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given the Hon'ble Division Bench. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
