The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect :

"In view of the reporting of the learned Addl.Public Prosecutor that the Crime No. has been transferred to some other Police Station, the Petitioner may be permit to withdraw the petition and he seeks liberty to file fresh petition on the transferred Case No."

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty given to the Petitioner to file a fresh application by giving correct details.
