The Writ Court had granted four weeks time for payment of 25% of the disputed tax, which came to be modified by the Co-ordinate Bench through an order passed in WA.No.766 of 2025 dated 02.06.2025. 2.In consideration of this aspect, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed, by extending time to approach the respondent Department and to place his objections in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 02.06.2025 passed in WA.No.766 of 2025, on or before 30.09.2025.
