ORDER

Mr.B.Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the Respondent.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed for Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the Respondent in his proceedings in Refusal Check Slip vide Refusal Number:RFL/No.2 Joint Sub Registrar/82/2024 dated 29.10.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to register the Sale Deed executed by the Petitioners herein in favour of One R.Saravanan son of Ramasamy dated 04.10.2024 submitted for registration on 29.10.2024.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on records.

4. A Refusal Check Slip has been issued directing the petitioner to produce the original parent document.

5. In the light of the Judgement passed by this Court in Ramayee - Page No. 2 of 4

Vs - The Sub Registrar and others - (2020 (6) CTC 697), the impugned order cannot be sustained.

6. The Writ Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the Impugned Refusal Check Slip dated 04.11.2024 is set aside and the Respondent is directed to register the sale deed dated 24.06.2010, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of representation of the document by the Petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
