Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2019 and issue separate patta to the petitioner as far as his land bearing Survey No.101/4C to an extent of 44 cents situated at Paivalasa Village, R.K.Pet Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2019 and issue separate patta to the petitioner as far as his land bearing Survey No.101/4C to an extent of 44 cents situated at Paivalasa Village, R.K.Pet Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. The petitioner made representation on 26.08.2019 for issuance of a separate patta for the petitioner in respect of land comprised in S.No.101/4C to an extent of 44 cents situated at Paivalasa Village, R.K.Pet Taluk, Thiruvallur District. Pending the writ petition, this Court directed the respondent to conduct an enquiry and shall file a report before this Court. Accordingly, the respondent conducted the enquiry and passed an order on 05.03.2020 bearing Na.Ka.No.1015/2019/A2 and the patta https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

which was issued in favour of one Kanniyappa Reddy S/o Arumugam in respect of land comprised in S.No.101/4C to an extent of 0.18.0 ares, was cancelled and the same was restored in favour of the petitioner's father.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
