ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 16.10.2023 and representation dated 07.11.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has filed an application dated 16.10.2023 and representation dated 07.11.2023 for issuance of a Joint Patta in favour of the petitioner and her sons named 1)Mr.V.Sarathi, 2)Mr.V.Balaji Iyengar, in respect of the property consisting a Flat measuring 785 sq.ft, along with the undivided share of 1/6th in the ground area measuring 2916 sq.ft, comprised in Old S.No.28, T.S.No.33, Plot No.C-92 and situated at Old Door No.9, New Door No.17, 45th Street, Nanganallur Village, Ward-B, Block No.20, Alandur Village, Chennai District-600 061. However, the said application and representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's application dated 16.10.2023 and

representation dated 07.11.2023 will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 12 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to issue due notice to all the rival parties, including the petitioner and conduct enquiry and thereafter, consider the petitioner's application dated 16.10.2023 and representation dated 07.11.2023 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
