O R D E R

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to dispose of O.S.No.249 of 2021 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Arakkonam.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for partition, permanent injunction and also for declaration certain registered documents were null and void. The same has been pending from the year 2021, without any much progress. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Arakkonam, for early disposal.

3. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate the written statement was filed in the suit as early as 24.06.2022 and the suit was posted for trial as early as 09.06.2023 and for the past two years, there is no much progress in that case.

4. According to the petitioner, the suit is still in the stage of PW.1 cross. Taking into consideration, there is no progress in the suit for the past two years, this Court is inclined to direct the Sub Court, Arakkonam, to 2/4

dispose of the suit in O.S.No.249 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
