ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2019 and cancel the Patta No.792 issued to the 3rd respondent in respect of the land bearing Survey No.292/2G measuring to an extent of 1 acre 97 cents and issue joint patta in the petitioner's name in respect of the said land.

2. The petitioner submitted representation dated 29.07.2019 before the 1st respondent to cancel the Patta No. 792 issued in favour of the 3rd respondent in respect of the property https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

comprised in Survey No.292/2G measuring to an extent of 1 acre 97 cents situated at Veeranathur Village, Srivilasapuram Grama Madura, R.K.Pattai Taluk, Thiruvallur District. It is pending on the file of the 1st respondent without passing any final order.

Considering the above, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and 3rd respondent and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already passed any final order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
