O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 02.11.2017 of the third respondent and to direct the respondents to grant permission and police protection to the petitioner for conducting a peaceful procession.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
