The learned Additional Master - III, out of extreme frustration owing to the absence of both the counsel for the plaintiff and the witness for the plaintiff had posted the matter before this Court. 2.A perusal of the notes papers of the learned Additional Master - III shows that right from the time when the matter was posted for recording of evidence, the plaintiff had not appeared and not even filed his proof affidavit.

3.The learned counsel for the defendants, however, states that owing to the pendency of the suit, the business of the defendants is affected.

4.Evidence of the plaintiff is closed.

5.Post the matter again before the learned Additional Master - III, for the defendants to let in evidence on the counter claim. 08.09.2022 smv C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.
