Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the notice dated 24.08.2004 issued by the second respondent in Thinathanthi prescribing revised cut off mark so far it relates to the category of women in most backward class (Science) and classification the Piramalai Kallars community as a separate class and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to admit the candidate as per the cut off marks published in the Tamil Newspaper Thinathanthi dated 17.07.2004 issued by the second respondent.
