This petition has been filed to implead the defacto complainant namely Amudha W/o. Thiruvalluvan as the second respondent in the above Crl.O.P.No.26281 of 2023.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.26281 of 2023 and list the same on 10.01.2024. Registry is also directed to put up a counter said to have been filed on 22.12.2023.

4. In the meanwhile, the respondent may file a counter or status report about the investigation.
