Winston and whose appointments were approved by the Government Orde [ID] No.125, School Education [VE] dated 13.04.2010 based on the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP [Civil] CC.Nos.3969 and 3970/2010 dated 22.03.2010 for the service upgradation, seniority in service alone without the monetary benefits in the favour of the petitioner.
