A Nos.927, 928 and 929 of 2024 in C.S No.933 of 2005 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These three applications have been filed by the applicant/plaintiff, i) to condone the delay of 544 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd defendant, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd defendant and iii) to bring on record the respondents 4 to 8 as defendants 5 to 9 being the legal representatives of 2nd defendant in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing these three applications.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
