Crl. MP. No. 2258 of 2024 in Crl.OP. No. 1027 of 2020 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition passed by this Court in Crl.OP. No. 1027 of 2020 dated 21.01.2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) the petitioner filed the petition under Section 311 of Cr.P.C to recall the witnesses in Crl. MP No. 632 of 2019 in S.C No. 99 of 2017 and the same was ordered on 22.11.2019 by imposing the cost. Challenging the same the petitioner filed the petition before this Court in Crl.O.P No. 1027 of 2020 and the same was dismissed. Hence, he raised strong objection stating that the order was passed in the year 2019 till the petitioner has not comply with condition of the order by giving flimsy reasons.

3. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP. No. 1027 of 2020 dated 21.01.2020, on or before 07.03.2024 and also directed to cross examine the witness within a period of four weeks as per manner to law. 23.02.2024 pbl Note: Issue order copy on 26.02.2024.
