The present application is filed by the 1st defendant to condone the delay of 1368 days in representing the return of the papers in A.Sr.No.7093 of 2020, filed to set aside the ex-parte decree dated 06.08.2019.

2. Though the reason stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the applicant, this application is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only). The applicant is directed to pay the said cost to the 1st respondent/plaintiff within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
