The petitioner has filed this writ petition for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 25.05.2017 made in Oo.Mu.No.2661/AA1/2017 by confirming the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 11.04.2017 made in check slip 4/2017 and to quash the same, consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register the equitable mortgage deed dated 07.04.2017 executed by the petitioner forthwith.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has Page No.2 of 5

also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
