Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records with respect of the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings dated . 10.2017 in Na.Ka.No.179/SaUthi-1/2015 and quash the same, consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner as Assistant to Cook in Panchayet Union Primary School at Krishnapuram, Thiruvarur District within an appropriate time.
