As against the non-compliance of the interim order in W.M.P.No.29458 of 2023 staying the suspension of the petitioner from services, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.It is now seen that the main W.P.No.29845 of 2023 itself was disposed of on 14.12.2023.

3.As such, no effective orders could be passed on the non-compliance of the interim order in that Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
