It is represented by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the writ petitioner died in the year 2021 and the family of the writ petitioner is not pursuing the matter in respect of taking steps for legal heirs.

adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
