Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant ad interim injunction restraining the respondents their men, agents sub -ordinates, from, dealing with the property which is the subject matter of OS.84/2010 on the file of the Principal District Court Krishnagiri (IN CMP.NO.18347 OF 2017) pending disposal of the above regular AS.NO.548 OF 2017. Aggrieved against the dismissal of the suit, the plaintiff filed the present appeal. Pending appeal, the present petition has been filed for injunction. 2.Any property if alienated would be hit by the doctrine of lis pendens. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of with the observation that any alienation or encumbrance will be subject to the result of the appeal.
